Project: Bleary Creative Community Centre, Lurgan
Client: Craigavon Borough Council
Works: Completion of a fully operational building to meet local community & business needs. Alterations & refurbishment included new floors, windows, doors, ceilings, new partitions & internal finishes together with thermal upgrading to current standards. The extension included new timber truss pitched roof extension, insulated cavity walls, pvc windows & doors, internal partition doors & finishes. M&E works throughout including under-floor heating, roof mounted PV array & air heat recovery unit. External works included site perimeter fencing, new carpark, new utilities, drainage & soft landscaping.
