Works: The works entailed external concrete repair works to existing concrete frame to allow for the removal of & fitting of new curtain walling & rain screen cladding system with sundry associated works.
Replacement of spandrel panels to the glazed link between tower & rear block.
Replacement of windows to front/rear blocks & glazed link.
Construction of a new entrance porch & improvement works to canopies & fascias, etc.
Recovering of flat roof to main tower block.
Erection of scaffolding to provide access to & a working platform at the place of work.
