Works: Construction of 8 Nr single storey light industrial units consisting of a steel portal frame with masonry envelope & metal deck mono pitched roof. Windows & pedestrian doors behind security shutters together with vehicle access roller shutters. Internally the formation of a an accessible WC & kitchenette alcove in blockwork along with M&E installations & associated site works with drainage, lighting & landscaping.
