Project: Heaney Interpretive Centre & Community Youth Facility, Bellaghy

Works: Comprises refurbishment & extension to an existing steel clad building to the rear of the site which will become a community youth facility. The main works is the construction of the New Heaney Interpretive Centre. This is a portal steel framed building with cavity walls, site insitu concrete floors, suspended precast concrete floors & a combination of external finishes to walls & roofs to include Rheinzink roof cladding, trocal roof covering, monocouche decorative plaster, cedar board cladding & cementitious board to the façade. Works also include the installation of a passenger lift & all associated mechanical & electrical services to both buildings. All site drainage & site services to be included as well as extensive site works which will include coloured block walls, decorative paving flags, rubber safety surfacing, lbex fencing & planting.
