Works: The project consists of the demolition of a number of existing warehouses including the removal of asbestos roofing & cladding sheets, remedial works to contamination, the retention of perched waters, reduced level excavations, formation of retaining walls & the construction of 30 Nr dwellings & 8 Nr apartments including all associated services & site works.
