Works: Comprises the demolition of an existing three storey block, external boiler house, compound, associated external structures within or up to site boundary together with the construction of 4 Nr two storey terraced dwellings consisting of 2 Nr 5P/3B & 2 Nr 3P/2B complete with associated site development, landscaping & boundary treatment works. The houses are masonry load-bearing construction with strip/trench-fill foundations, suspended precast concrete ground floor slabs, external cavity masonry walls, timber joisted upper floors & pitched timber roof truss together with mechanical & electrical services installations & all associated mains utility supply.
