Works: The works entailed the demolition of a former police station to include all screen fencing, boundary walls, existing buildings & foundations & prepare ground for construction of new development. The new development comprised the construction of 4 Nr two storey dwellings & a three storey block of 6 Nr apartments complete with associated site development, landscaping & boundary treatment works. All houses are load bearing masonry construction on strip concrete foundations with external masonry cavity walls, timber first floor joists & timber truss roofs. Apartments are similar construction except upper floors are precast concrete slabs. Works also included all mechanical & electrical fit outs as well as installation of all necessary utility services.
