Works: The works includes the construction of 13 Nr 5P/3B houses & 4 Nr 3P/2B apartments. The construction includes strip foundations with traditional cavity wall construction, precast pre-stressed floor units, UPVC SBD windows. Timber SBD front & rear door sets, timber trusses & concrete roof tiles. Works to include external rendered walls, internal fit outs & all associated services. A lift was also installed in the apartment block together with all external site works & statutory services included in the project
