Works: The works entailed new build, two into one, refurbishment, upgrade & ECM works located at Leopold Street, Columbia Street & Rosebank Street consisting of the following:
- Demolition of 16 Nr existing dwellings;
- 10 Nr new build dwellings;
- Refurbishment works to 4 Nr existing 2 into 1 dwellings;
- Works to 16 Nr existing dwellings to create 8 Nr dwellings;
- Major refurbishment to 62 Nr dwellings;
- Multi-elemental upgrades to 22 Nr dwellings including 8 Nr flats;
- External Cyclical Maintenance to 15 Nr dwellings.
